Times are tough all over for school libraries and more than ever we need to be Future Ready and visible to our students, parents, and communities. The more visible we are the less vulnerable we will be when budget cuts come around. This is one of the most exciting times to be a teacher librarian, but is also very challenging. A revolution is at hand. We need to be nimble, daring and digital. We need to work towards shifting the way the world views school libraries and start branding and banging the drum about the great things that go on every day in our schools. At the end of the workshop you'll have several ways to pump up your library teaching practices and make it FIERCE and Future Ready!
